Refund and Return Policy

This refund and return policy explains how items bought on can be returned. It further explains how refunds related to such returned items are managed.


Our commitment is to offer customers the highest quality products and friendly customer service. In so doing, we understand that things may not always go the way we wish. So, if for any reason you see the need to return an item, please notify us by email at [email protected] within 14 days from the date of the item’s delivery. Once you notify us, the item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Once we receive your email, we will send you the return information. The return information includes the address of our warehouse where you should return the item to. If the return label is not provided by Netdealstore, please communicate the tracking reference of the return so we can track it.

Products must be returned in proper condition (not damaged or broken). All accessories included with the purchase must be returned with the return.

Reasons for Returns

Item is Damaged Upon Delivery

Should your item be damaged upon delivery, you may reject it and notify us. If you are rejecting a delivery, please take photographs of the damaged items and send them to us along with your notice. That will enable us to investigate the matter with the logistics provider.

If the damage was not visible at the time of delivery, please notify us and provide images of the damage. Upon receiving this information, we will provide you with return instructions.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item, please send us a photo of it along with a return request.

Change Of Mind

After purchasing an item, if the customer changes his/her mind and no longer needs it, he/she can cancel the order. Nevertheless, if the order has already been processed and the item has been handed over to the third-party logistics service provider, it cannot be cancelled. If this is the case, the customer must wait for the item to be delivered before beginning the return process.

Return items should be in the original box, unopened and untampered with.

When an item is returned without all the components, accessories, or parts, reserves the right to deduct up to 30% of the item’s purchase price from the refund.

Shipping Charges For Return Items

Should the customer change his/her mind and decide to return the item at will, he/she may be liable for the cost of shipping and handling.

Returns for Exchange

In the case of damaged goods that are discovered upon delivery, a return or exchange can be made. If this occurs, please proceed with the return process as soon as possible so that your item can be replaced as fast as possible. If you wish to exchange the item for any other reason, please contact us as soon as feasible at [email protected] Note that we do not accept exchanges more than 30 days after delivery.


After we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that it has been received. Our policy is to immediately process a refund if all the accessories, parts, and components are included and the item is intact and physically working as delivered (except for returns due to defects).

A 100% refund will be provided if the reason for the refund is not your fault.

Refund processing time

As soon as the item is received in the warehouse, a refund will be processed. Refunds can only be issued using the exact same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Refunds that are delayed or not received

If you have not received a refund within 3-5 business days of receiving our refund notification, please contact your credit card company or your bank for more information. Your refund may take a few days to appear in your bank account.

In the event that your bank is unable to provide information regarding the status, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take action to resolve the situation as soon as possible.


Your return will be credited as a gift if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you by the purchaser. We will mail you a gift card once we receive the returned item.

In the event that the item wasn’t identified as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift giver ordered the item for themselves to give you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. From there, the gift giver will decide what to do next.
